Return for Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund

Please note that all returned items are carefully inspected by our team upon arrival. While we do our best to accept all returns, please ensure your items meet the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

• Bikinis: Must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to you at your expense.
• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
• Original Tags: All tags must remain attached to the item(s).
• Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Our Return Policy

• Processing Time: We strive to process your return as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 7 business days.
• Postage & Handling: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Altar del Mar .
• Defective Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, please email us at ADMreturns@outlook.com with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the defect. We will arrange a replacement after inspecting the item.
